- Client Name: Janie Merkle, Re/Max Fine Homes, Newport Beach, CA
- Occupation: Real Estate Consultant
- Website URL: http://janiemerkle.com
Applied and customized a WordPress-powered mobile-friendly/responsive theme to provide a consistent “user experience” (UX) across all devices and platforms (desktop/mobile).
As an active volunteer for several non-profits organizations in her community, Janie Merkle was first referred to our company through a colleague and current client, JoAnn Albers, Albers Consulting LLC, http://www.albersconsultingllc.com. With an opportunity to expand her territory to cover South Orange County properties (i.e. Corona del Mar, Newport Beach/Coast, Laguna Niguel), Janie’s initial request was to simply re-design and update the page content for her existing website to include information about her new service area. After discussing Janie’s vision and marketing communications strategy, including the use of marketing collateral and social media, we performed some quick research for a solution to help meet her budget, objectives, and expedited campaign timeline.
Upon deployment, the project has resulted is a more modern, cross-platform/cross-browser, social media-friendly “web presence solution” that will empower Janie to prospect and generate client leads, communicate current real estate trends and benefits to her clients, all while minimizing marketing costs and simplifying site maintenance. Plans for near-future site enhancements include the integration of MLS/IDX to provide property search functionality and feed Janie’s listings to attract prospective home buyers.
Please visit Janie Merkle’s web site at http://janiemerkle.com for more information about buying/selling opportunities in today’s real estate market.
